Kiton offers a sophisticated return process, allowing customers to return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction with our artisanal craftsmanship. All returned pieces must retain their original tags and be in pristine condition to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your Kiton account or visit our dedicated returns portal to enter your order number and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards and garment tags are securely attached before sealing the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid DHL or FedEx return shipping label provided via email and attach it to the exterior of the parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.
Dispatch and Inspection
Drop off the package at an authorized collection point; once received at our Italian atelier, our specialists will conduct a quality inspection before processing your refund.
